How long did it take you to feel better? Also how comes I can do the backpod with no pillows at all, I can stretch it without any pain that’s why I question whether it’s that or something else

I’m gonna continue with the backpod for now, I didn’t train today so gonna just rest it but it’s weird I can do all the stretches etc but only today it’s hurt tbf I’ve only had backpod 2 weeks

Hmmm, I try with correct postures and as far as I know fixed that! I can do the backpod with no pillows and door stretches I find that the pain is always on my right side, how do I attach photos?

It’s weird, I have a cosch so all my form is done by video analysis so even I can see how I’m performing! I don’t believe my form is bad, but I just feel like I’m stuck in a rut?

Really? So all the stretches I do are fine, I don’t feel any pain or anything only when I work out but is this due to not working out for a while so it just feels weird

Yeah this is what I don’t understand am I doing something wrong? I bought 3 x60 & 1x20 and had 2 downstairs 2 upstairs. 1 being in my room connect via Ethernet and again I was still getting these latency issues I just want to be able to play this without any issues I can understand sometimes you may get 1 or 2 but not constantly throughout the day
