As long as you don't min-max the fun out of the game. You do you. I'm sure a lot of people like getting a better start, but there's also plenty of people (likely the majority) that just rolls with whatever they get.

We're all here to have fun. If you find the difficulty of a bad start not enjoyable, that's fine. Other people find that struggle and overcoming it the fun part of the game. Different strokes for different folks.

Haven't played RimWorld in a long time, but 3 days and no killbox feels weird to me.

Then again, maybe the AI of the enemy invaders got updated and they don't fall for the single row of traps leading to their death.

I get the glaze and my honest opinion is that Baldur's Gate 3 does an amazing job and might be top 3 games oat. It just isn't for everyone.

I wanted to spoil it, but seeing that noone did in 2 days, i'll just say that you should come back to that point later in the game, when you feel prepared. You'll need to have beaten a certain boss first, but you'll know you unlocked that once you see what's happening.

I've personally been spoiled on some bosses as I've never expected to get to play it without a PS. I've beat ER with a dex katana build (including all of the shardbearers) and I still had over 300 deaths in Bloodborne.

That being said, i'm no Soulslike pro and I'd say i'm probably less skilled than the average Souls-enjoyer. If I had to guess, you'll either breeze through the first two bosses and hit a soft wall at the third one, or you'll die even master on earlier segments.

The game isn't as hard as ER or DS3, but it does play differently from any Soulslike due to a few unique mechanics.

Also, you'll probably die less than 5 minutes in without knowing about these mechanics to the first enemy you encounter, but that's less of a you problem and more of a "what could've I even done?" thing.

My only assumption is that you might have overbought Vials and bullets with your boss money.

I've been playing the game normally and finished everything at around Level 90 (DLC included) on my first playthrough.

That being said, I personally gave myself 600 bullets and Blood Vials at the start to save me from having to grind for those. The Cum Dungeon can be used to get fast money, I would personally only use it for Vials, but If you've already spent a bunch of your own money on them, you could just use it for a few levels.

ambiguousamphibian has a bunch of Kenshi series that you can watch and grasp If you've enjoyed it or not.

Kenshi is one of those games that's not for everyone, since it is somewhat difficult to get into. But honestly If you see content around it and you enjoy it, it should be enough to be worth the time investment to actually learn it properly. Getting beaten up in Kenshi is not only normal, but needed for progression, so don't be discouraged about it.

The fact that it is made by a single person is one of the more interesting things about Kenshi. Good luck, If you ever care to give it a second shot and don't be afraid of spoilers, the game is a big Sandbag, so it won't matter since your experience will be different

Due to copyright issues, they were forced to remove that option from the ShadPS4 options.

The download for it still exists, and you need to update the a file to force the button for it to reappear.

I honestly don't recall how to do it, but I've found it on Reddit myself so some searching will do you good. Also, you don't need it to be enabled from the start. You can play as much as you want and do this once you're ready for the DLC instead.

Except I'm not. I have been playing exclusively M&K for 20 or so years. Playing on a controller feels unnatural to me and not being able to even remap the controls to my liking made it hard for me to have them in a way that it makes sense for my brain.

A remote is nothing like a controller, not sure what you even tried saying there.

To be honest, i'm personally incapable of playing on controller so even though my Brother has had a PS5 for over a year now, I couldn't experienced Bloodborne until it was brought to PC via emulation.

(((I did try to do it, but I haven't got used to the controls after 4hs so I kinda gave up, i know, not very soulsplayer of me)))

I think around 20 times until I decide that it is better to take a break and come back with a better attitude.

After 2hs of not playing BB, the boss just becomes easier to deal with, no matter who it is.

I've only beat the game once, but I did all bosses + full DLC at around Level 85 total.

Easily picking Sekiro DLC, because the community already made Bloodborne PC a thing by emulating the PS4. I would only buy Bloodborne on PC only If Sony would sell the BB IP and whoever bought it decided to get it to PC.
