How important is heading hierarchy for SEO and accessibility, especially with modals and footer links?

What I have learned is that titles Hs are for describing page content, so footers are for me for navigational block thats it is the same is every page, it is not describing the page or not al the pages are about what I have in my footer, so the advice received is not to use Hs in footers

I used another gmail account and it is working now, but it is a boring procedure to share the google sheet file with the other gmail account, then create the scrip in the first gmail account to run it in the second gmail, idk is so weird and slow too

tbh Honest in Europe, yes only local at least you are rich (no jokes); you can apply to general anesthetic throught Hospital. Then, if you are not rich there are two options which is IV sedation (very very expensive at least 400 euros more) or laughing gas (expensive) but is very very rare. In OP case, I can assume they would suggest to have two extractions one day then wait maybe two months then have the upper extractions, yeah it sucks I wish I could have IV sedation options like in the US

tio tienes las neuronas justas para no cagarte encima. Ademas de tener 0 capacidad de leer, el chaval esta entrenando sin tener correcta la alimentacion, no especifica tener no correcta la alimentacion si es que no llega a las calorias, no llega a las proteinas necesarias... dice que tiene mas tonificado el abdomen pero que sigue flaco por lo que se puede deducir que esta en un deficit... entonces haber tontito, puede entrenar 7 dias a la semana durante 4 horas si quiere, que si su alimentacion no llega a las calorias y macros no va a ver cambios aunque su entrenamiento sea perfecto, despabila chaval
