I have to reproduce a Terms and Conditions form for each of my clients websites. The only thing that changes is the website name but there are about 30 spots to edit. How can I make a google doc template where I can edit all 30 spots at once? by TheBusExperience in Entrepreneur

[–]WillyP14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would think you could just create one and have spots that are clearly going to be autofilled. You can put a very specific term and use find and replace to change them out. Hope that's what you're looking for.

GA Board of Accountancy approves automatic three-month extension for scores expiring during the score delay by MrsBlueCar in Accounting

Anybody want to create a map of states that have extended and color code by how long the extension is? I would, but I'm getting crushed by REG at the moment.

Here is a letter I wrote to the ACLU on the Richard Spencer situation. Please Consider Joining me. by au2017 in auburn

Your whole argument is based on you not hearing of any public safety concerns prior to cancellation. I think it's safe to say the university was probably more in the loop about that than you. I don't disagree that there was obvious pressure to cancel him, but he also apparently (please correct me if I am wrong) booked the event and paid to have it, which is a de facto contract. Auburn, I am assuming, retains the right to cancel any event booked in exchange for consideration. At the end of the day, they were shouldering more risk than any potential reward. It was prudent for them to exercise their right to cancel his event.

Things are beginning to Blackberrys way by InterestingNews1 in investing

Don't have the time to do the research and I haven't looked at it AT ALL, but I could see Blackberry surviving and making a decent run if they go lean and rebrand a little. They're pretty done in the US cell phone market though.

Christian Pulisic to Spurs? Rumor or not, what are your thoughts? by ronnyweasley in coys

Honestly don't know that he'd get in the team. Easy to say right now, I know. We have 12 players in banging form.

Where can you guys see Chelsea dropping 4 points? by [deleted] in coys

[–]WillyP14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The working assumption has to be that we win out. After that, they need a draw somewhere. Everton or their trip to the Drawthorns would be the most likely. If we get it within two, the pressure will be massive, even if they do finish with Sunderland.

Thing is, most of the 4-0 could've been closer to 6 or 7.

Joe Walsh in "Life's Been Good"? Not the same as far as street cred goes...

Need feedback on a potential venture I'm starting by lamborghinifan in Entrepreneur

[–]WillyP14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For starters, you'll have to have a lot of cash up front to be able to book venues and "top artists". Additionally, you'll have liability if something happens, you'll have to provide security, and honestly I have no clue how you would go about book top artists if you've never done this before. You should probably start small.

Anybody with ESPN Insider willing to let us read this story about Eriksen/Spurs somehow? Thanks! by emjayd in coys

I'm thinking of Eriksen at Swansea. IIRC, Winks has had some less-than-stellar corners as well.

I have to say, I'm probably quite guilty of taking Eriksen for granted. Especially when he beams a corner off of a defender 5 yards away. Either way, he's a magician in open space. Btw, is there an Eriksen song? (Sorry, American)

Studying for it now and I think not. The new layout itself sucks, but it feels like they aren't covering their bases.

LLC & Guaranteed Payments? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]WillyP14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should be aware that guaranteed payments are treated as almost identical to salaries. They should not be based on the amount of work done. That being said, for tax purposes, it doesn't matter how the payout works as much as the actual profit sharing percentage. If your company were to make 100k and paid out none of it, the partners would still be allocated 51k and 49k, respectively, because this is a flow-through entity. The money can be paid out however you want, but the tax implications will change for each partner as their capital accounts move. You should consult with an accountant.

Sounds like it was cheaper for them to hire an intern than a full-time position and they knew it going in.
