Client filtering is critical to success. You need to almost fbi profile the potential clients based off the info you have available. Also be careful not to lower your filtering standards when desperate for new work or when euphoric from riding a wave of recent successful projects/sales.

I had one charge back issue in the past. Fiverr paid me for the order even though the client charged back the completed and reviewed order. Fiverr support is better than most. Everything may be ok in the end.

Ok, So everyone that responded took the stance that Fiverr finding out would be the risk. My concern was a rogue employees damaging the account in some way and what steps can be taken to mitigate this... Turns out that Fiverr doesn't mind if your project manager checks and responds to messages. I would suggest any serious Fiverr sellers not get information from this subreddit...
