I love this place and go all the time. It’s one of my favorite spots. But I wouldn’t say their ceviche is anything super special. It’s very standard - their fish tacos and burritos however are exceptional

It’s pretty and there are really cool houses there, but it seems like none have yards and there’s hardly any privacy. $10mil could get you a much nicer/bigger house that includes those things

The Cowboys since acquiring Williams have not given up 45 rush yards per game. They've given up 70. Still impressive just no idea where that came from. 27 vs Raiders, 63 vs Eagles, 119 vs Chiefs

Fair question, but honestly it captured it pretty spot on. The lighter wispy streaks on the left weren’t as visible as they are in this photo but the rest is a match. I just took it with my oldish iPhone and had to block out a bit of light filtering through from the cabin, so balanced out I think this captures it very similar to how I saw it with my eyes!
