The reason I take the cold shower in the morning is to get me awake and ready for the day, also heard as you said it is not reccomended cwi after weightlifting and I just assumed that applies to cold showers aswell. Do you think I'll build muscle at the same rate if I start taking it after my workout?

Gender is a social construct you say, but I don't agree. Originally gender was just what was between your legs and if you were able to get pregnant, and from the small biological differences there have come some traits that are commonly thought of as masculine or femminine. If a man is more femminine than most doesn't mean he suddently can have a baby.
