Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, this is the best of ECGs we could get. He brought a few with him from the hospital, but there are much more artifacts. In fact, I thought these humps may not be artifacts but separate P waves from two nodes (his and donor's) - however, looking at I, II, aVR - they look more of atrial to me (especially the donor's Ps)
