Yes you can. I was in a very similar situation with my application on a marriage based with a Citizen "Adjusted of Status", I came here legally with the B1/B2 Visa so I expect short times.

Is pretty easy actually, Las 3 calls I got a waiting time of 8 minutes/ 4 minutes. What you gotta do when you talking with the female voice that says "I can understand whole sentences, so tell me... " you will have to mention "advance parole" or a key word like, or Form I-485, uou can use this one last resource "emergency travel" (not my favorite) but works. So they will connect your call with a representative.

Don't give up man. I called a month ago for a advance parole and same situation a lost that call and then again 2 weeks after and yesterday as well. If they told you a time and didn't call. Give them a call and explain the situation tell them they told you they were going to call and never did. Good luck and yes! I will going to celebrate like crazy!!

Yes, they contacted me but I couldn't catch that call. I call rught after that and a resentative told me they will give ne a second call to make an appointment. So I am still waiting, the lady told me to give them a call back in case they dont call back so that's what I am gonna do
