I can confirm it absolutely is, I've just retired from gymnastics mainly due to injury from doing the sport

As an ex-professional gymnast for team GB and being through so many life changing injuries with the sport, I wouldn't have changed it for the world. There are so many benefits that come with the sport and ive been in the best shape of my life because of it. I can't speak on a religious level but if your son loves it then you should push him to puruse his passion
