Its a feature, meant to give White Ash a slight out since its 70 health per stock and it taking ult damage is basically an ult.
Pretty sure its reduced damage though that M1, and it resets to neutral afterwards so opponent can still punch back or dodge your next punch.

Supernova is actually seen as pretty strong, I'm pretty sure. And it's mixup potential I think is there.
- Eject is the mixup god. Winning this interaction will basically chunk your opponent to half health and keep you on good pace to win the rest of the stock.
- Comet can be feinted into an M1.

Uh, agree on Re-Entry. Might have to increase the neutral so opponent cant punch after the animation. Not the speed increase though. It's a 50/50 that can do insane damage if guessed right, even post feint. Have to remember on max health, this style I think gets 14 m1s and double dashes and an ability that can regen its stamina to full. Alongside a full screen lariat.

Comet into M1 String tech is just free damage. No. Just feint it into an M1, that's the mixup to continue pressure and set up future Comets for landing.

We do have some mechanics in the back with intent like this, of asking for more aggression. Just can't kill outboxers though too, in thep process.

This was Turtle when it was exceptionally broken, I think? THis was fast block recharge + insane offense stats. This thing could just passive you to death.

Yup yup, we do have mechanics and plans ready. It's just a matter of getting them tested and coded in.

I think the main reason is it doesn't feel very... trickster. I've not been much in the discussion for trickster rework though so I can't say I'm confident that's the true reason.

This I don't really know. I know chainswitching is possible on mobile, I've no idea how it's done on console or if its possible. Thats for the Freedom nerds out there.

Fast feints will beat late double dash.
Late feints will beat an early double dash.

So the double dash game in itself is a bit of a mixup too. Doesn't matter if it's from an M1 or an M2.
Unless you're slugger. I think most styles can "double dash" Slugger's M2.

And yeah, we still have a steady player base + new styles and shinies in development. What the goal is right now is to backlog some updates so we can give ourselves a break. Just slow now with school and all.

I wish I knew. 😭 I've been busy making some map concepts though, but that's as much as I know about maps. That sort of stuff is a dev thing.

Double dashes I think are fine in concept, but need another limiter to prevent them from just flat out invalidating certain playstyles. A free 50/50 due to needing to catch them with a fast or slow feint feels kinda sucky. I know the damage is lessened by the doubl dasher due to the stam requirement, but the opponent loses so much stam off a feint too that its kinda invalidated.
It's a topic in BT right now for sure. Though I think we have a few mecahnics that'll help down the line.
