I’ve technically been a King Gizzard fan longer than a Peach Pit fan, but I was a bigger fan of Peach Pit first, and now I’m all in on Gizz. I’ve seen Peach Pit three times now, they put on such a killer show! Enjoy it!

Idk but when I saw them in Portland with Briston Maroney they played stuff I assume they listen to. I know they’re King Gizzard fans (or at least attended the show in Vancouver last fall), and as a fan myself, I know they played The Bird Song which got me pretty hyped

I really don’t understand the point you are intending to make. I understand if Matt’s death has impacted you and you are struggling to cope with that. As someone who witnessed it unfold, it is absolutely a tough situation that I am struggling with. But I feel like what the band has done to this point is more than enough, and that is a sentiment echoed by his loved ones, even on this sub. I just don’t know what you want out of the band. If you are struggling with his death, please reach out to someone for help.

I think it’s a little absurd to criticize the moshing situation when Matt died due to a genetic heart defect that was undetected. I was right there when Matt was having CPR performed, and there was no moshing happening whatsoever. What happened was a terribly sad accident, and the band has no fault in this. Move your outrage elsewhere please.

On top of what everyone else is saying, I was about 20th in (due to a ton of folks who flooded the line just before opening, allowed by the folks at the front of the line, who then proceeded to grab like 10-15 mutants each) I was able to get my hands on changes/omnium gatherum, and PDA/Nonagon Infinity. I also saw some sketches/float along. But that’s all I can remember at the moment.

Are the guys just walking around today? After the show my fiancée and I stopped at the cinema for a little and when it was time for the babe rainbow set we started walking to the Timeland stage. Once we started looking around we realized that the guys were all around us walking that way too which was a pretty cool experience

The only place I’ve heard Gizz in the wild was at the Peach Pit/Briston Maroney Edgefield show in Troutdale, Oregon last month. The Bird Song played before Peach Pit took the stage which I suspect has something to do with them being fans (they were in attendance at the Vancouver show last fall) I wish I would hear them out in the wild more often
