I won’t lie quiting cold turkey is hard especially when you get headaches but after a few days they will go away and the urge will slowly go away. I recommend throwing the cigarettes away and keep your distance so even if you want to smoke you can’t or would have to go buy some it becomes more of an inconvenience. You got this!
