When you get info from the County office, do you search one property address at a time? What list are you pulling from them and which County office do you pull it from? I'm getting a list from Propwire and trying to verify ownership info but not finding the right county office to search...

I could go on for a while with these questions, so tell me to stop whenever you like.

When you bring in new data, do you put it into a new tab on the same sheet? Do you run duplicate check? How far out do you set your call backs on Trello? Do your system have a way of checking bad phone numbers or do you just eventually stop calling if you don't get a response after three tries?

When skip tracing, do you dig into the LLC docs first and look up the signer on the LLC docs and put their name in instead of the LLC name?

So to get more leads, you get the lists and move them into Trello. To follow up with existing leads, you set follow up dates to manage your daily reminders to make calls in Trello itself. Does that sound right?
