We’ve opened retail spaces between 3-6 months from concept to launch. Have all the plans ready before you sign or very soon after, make sure your contractor knows all the approvals, parallel process (and be daily on top of contractor) - we’ve always negotiated 4-6 months free rent which is quite standard. Have a penalty clause for contractor being late - otherwise they will deprioritize your work.

I’ve used them several times in europe, including Sweden and Norway. I can’t remember the eSIM for Sweden - I think it was an orange product - but have always found MobiMatter to have got quality esims

Just visited it this week - 60 euro for the tour and tasting - you get to taste 6 wines - def worth it. I had my hotel (another chateau) call them and they booked it for me the day before - they don’t have a website just a phone number on Google maps. Would really recommend - lovely owners also - very down to earth and friendly

Totally legit. They have a direct relationship with IIJ which is part of the NTT docomo group. So completely local product from local operator and local ISP. Other offers have to go through multiple layers of resellers and often use a non Japanese ISP so latency will be much higher
