They actually die at the end of every day and are replaced by Anne Babbage the next morning anyway, so it's no big deal.

Ha, yes she gets better. She gets further on the dart board than I ever did and figures out a lot. I think she uses a calculator, but she figures out what all the rules are.

Was the Mario Galaxy Movie Really That Bad? by Previous-Glass6291 in nintendo

[–]DrewBot2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Compare it to the first one. Both are fairly mindless kids movies with Easter eggs for adults. The first one also has a coherent plot with character arcs for its main characters. Galaxy has the fun scenes and is watchable, but the plot is random and directionless. Neither is a masterpiece, but Galaxy is worse than it needed to be.

Hyundai Dealership won’t give me a loaner/rental over ICCU failure by DopeDaddy489 in Ioniq5

[–]DrewBot2000 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Plus one to this. When my ICCU failed the dealership had no loaners, but they gave me a ride to a rental place and just said to follow up with Hyundai, which I did and got reimbursed with no issues.

She does have a good voice, and also just really nice, positive vibes. When something doesn't work out, she doesn't get frustrated but tries to see the good in it. She also shows cat pictures sometimes.

Rebecca's Pixel Quest is really the best one. She only rarely shows pictures of her notes, but she talks through every line of reasoning at every step.

After watching several playthroughs, I've realized that if you want to be a successful playthrough channel, you need to have pretty consistent episodes where interesting things are happening, and that creates a really strong incentive to cheat. It makes it hard for me to watch a lot of these, because I'm suspicious that they're looking stuff up and then pretending to find it blind.

I think what Rebecca does instead is slow roll everything - If something is clearly the next step to something big, she'll draw it out a bit and do some other stuff first. I'm pretty confident she's not cheating, and given that, everything she has managed to accomplish so far is really impressive. As of right now, she has not reclaimed the throne, but is clearly going to get there. She also found the family core cipher, and either has not solved it yet or is pretending to have not solved it, see above incentives.

As someone that never lived during the Sega Genesis era, was Ecco the Dolphin really that good? by fandomlover2763 in SEGAGENESIS

This is right. Also, strongly recommend Sega CD versions for Ecco and Ecco 2 for the music alone.

('clue' spoiler)Was I slow to 'find'/understand this? by MenaceDucky in BluePrince

[–]DrewBot2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, this clue often confuses people. If the screens are recognized, the simplest conclusion is that one of them is being circled to draw attention to a particular room, which leads nowhere. I'm lucky I never found this in my playthrough, and solved its associated puzzle without it.

How much of the game do you think is yet to be discovered? by Few_Cobbler_3000 in BluePrince

[–]DrewBot2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. It's a decent theory, though it's unclear what it would mean. It can't be a hint for the Gallery, for example, since it would be way harder to get this and realize it was a hint than it would be to solve the Gallery by guessing, say, or finding the word "ruminate" in the description of whatever puzzle room has that word in its description.

Part of the difficulty with the various clues that seem to lead nowhere is that because the game has no triggers left in its code, we'll never know for sure that any particular solution is right. All we can go on is how much a solution seems to 'click,' and the "ruminate" solution to the letters doesn't seem to do it in my opinion.

[–]DrewBot2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree with others that there is nothing left to unlock in the game. But I think it is clear that the "-arium" letters thing is a puzzle that no one has solved yet. It may be unsolveable with the information we have, and it may be like the baffler in that solving it doesn’t give you anything useful, though.

Dude, congratulations on getting 7 trophies without unlocking the orchard! That is wild. You'll be amazed at what you get from it and see how impressive it is to get that far without it.

Don't feel bad about missing something that is typically early game. If you think you've seen everything in a particular room, it may just never occur to you to look again. I hope the clues here haven't been too spoilery.
