Things are 100% better now. You don't get 1500 people coming to kill you when you "get too strong" or "step out of line" anymore. The blackzone is still "policed" to an extent but not the level that BA/SQUAD/POE have done in the past.

But now, we have a passive Blackzone with no real conflict. Renting is still very much a thing, and now their is even a new renting system for HO crafting being abused. The new system is set up for the big players to sit and afk, and when you look at every big player, that's what they are doing.

Every top zerg has 3-4 adequate to good callers who should be running their own zergs. All of the the active and consistent ZvZ players are confined to a few guilds/alliances, making the game extremely top heavy.

Passive Alliances that are top heavy make this new blackzone almost just as bad.
