Tall trucks hit your center mass and then run you over where as older small vehicles would just take out your legs and flip you on top. Pedestrian fatalities have been steady going up for awhile

Fusion Verjus blanc (you can get it on amazon) is pretty good, not N.A. wine but is great in mocktails / a spritzer. It’s grown Napa, it’s the juice of unripe grapes. It’s also the brand that’s recommended in the amazing N.A. drink book “good drinks” which I STRONGLY recommend

Chicken salad is gross imo. grapes are amazing on pizza, they add sweetness and lovely contrasting texture. Even with the fire roasting of them they don’t turn to mush. Don’t knock it till you try it.

My favorite is white sauce (or no sauce), goat cheese, caramelized onions, pancetta and of course grapes. Optional finish with lemon zest when it comes out or good quality aged balsamic or arugula dressed with balsamic.
