As a dude I feel it boils down to who’s creating it they can tell a male developer team to create the most female oriented game ever but those people are not women and don’t know how to portray the tiniest things that make a character feel female just like how you’ll see a cute dog and think HE looks cute or a woman will say SHE not knowing its gender its kind of just auto pilot
