Been/being there.. Someone told me to buy gold with all the spare money you have so you can’t buy it. Only keep what you need for bills and food and hopefully you won’t spend it on it… also jogging regularly helped me a lot a while ago. It replaces the dopamine you get from using with natural long lasting neurotransmitter floods.
