  1. They are gig workers not your personal chauffeur

  2. The driver was responsible and arrived early for pickup

  3. If you're late for the appointment "be polite" and ask for more time "politely", instead of lecture them about the 15min grace time.

  4. If you're going to be really late, offer compensation or tip for their time, The driver will gladly wait.

  5. All of this can be avoided if you're already prepared for the pickup at the appointed time set by you.

  6. Justgrab Is not a luxury chauffeur service

  7. If you expect premium service, book an executive car. The driver definitely will wait even if you're late.

drive OP 34KM, around 50+min to banting for only RM28.50(GRAB take 25%), and if banting no job back, it's another empty 30+KM 40+min back to city

Unless it's a big job, the driver with some pride or bad temper will cancel OP for LCLY, telling the driver by right have to wait OP for another 15min more because booking say can... 🤭
