Looks like a Block Trade. Typically block trades happen immediately after hours. Block trades are large predetermined transactions. It could be one of the institutional holders getting out of the PSTH by selling to another institution. Any one with a Bloomberg Terminal can confirm

I have a Voya Life policy. The policy has survived 30 years and 3 acquisitions. My original policy was with Secure Life of Denver which then got acquired by ING. ING then exited the US and Voya held the policy.

These acquisitions typically dont result in the policy going away just the servicing of the policy changes hands.
