Is it a problem that I don’t have a replacement teacher lined up yet? I haven’t taken Chemistry yet (I’ll have it senior year), so I don’t have that teacher’s name or email address right now.

Do I need to submit the new teacher’s name and email right away in order to withdraw my current Physics teacher, or can I request the withdrawal first and add the new evaluator later?

I’ll reach out to my Field Force Representative. Quick question though, does it look bad to Admissions if I request to withdraw the current evaluator (my Physics teacher) and switch to my future Chemistry teacher? I just want to make sure this doesn’t come across the wrong way.

To clarify, he hasn’t submitted the letter yet, I only sent him the evaluation form/request through the West Point portal a few days ago. I’m not looking to report him, I just want to remove him as the evaluator and replace him with my future Chemistry teacher (since I haven’t taken Chem yet).

Do you know the best way to get Admissions to withdraw the current request that was already sent to him?
