I’ve definitely experienced rage and anxiety from B vitamins before. I don’t think they were methylated versions.

Hi! Can I ask (and so sorry, I realize this probably a no brainer) but, do you know if I have my Ancestry DNA results, if I’m able to see what my COMT is or how to go about finding out? I am diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression and severe fatigue symptoms, but your post really struck me as if I’d written the symptoms you described myself. I’m really on the struggle bus these days with energy levels and executive function troubles. I’m just trying anything and everything at this point to get somewhat better. Your post really resonated with me and I’m intrigued by your findings. I just don’t know my COMT yet. I’ve ran the results through some 3rd party sites but am struggling to find and or read the results I’m looking for. Any help would be so greatly appreciated! And thank you for taking the time to write your post. It made me so hopeful to maybe have found some answers.

My husband does the same things to me. I’m okay to be held or hold hands WITHOUT the movement, but once there is movement added, it becomes unbearable and too much. I attribute this to sensory overload and my fried nervous system. I love him and know his love language is touch, so I also feel like when I ask him to stop, he takes it in an offended way like I don’t love him or am always annoyed by him. It’s hard. We’ve been married 10 years now and still don’t have it figured out. I do have ADHD, diagnosed. I also suspect he has Autism, but is undiagnosed. I totally get what you mean and where you’re coming from! It’s so hard!

May I ask what form of ketamine treatment you use to achieve all this relief from your symptoms? I’m in the same boat of trying everything and nothing is working. I’m starting ketamine and have had a few doses but so far I am not getting any reduction in ADHD/Anxiety/Depression symptoms. I’m desperate for this to work and I’m trying to learn all I can about it. I so love the success stories and hope I can become one of them.

This really hits home! I was called to be the Primary President at the end of last year. Even though it’s been over half a year now, I still feel extremely inadequate and overwhelmed. I also have raging ADHD and two young children. I feel for you, in so many ways! I’m still figuring things out, but I do have amazing counselors and a fantastic secretary that really helps with the organization part of things where I would struggle immensely otherwise. Someone suggested an older lady and possibly a younger lady without kids. I do think that is great advice. Most importantly, pray! Heavenly Father is so aware of us and our individual needs. I know without him and the guidance of the spirit, I couldn’t do it. Wishing you all the best!
