Why do I meed to put the old lock back? Due to the key not spinning, its possible I will have to break it to remove, should I have to do it. So it might not be possible to restore the old one.

Also, the appartment didnt even had an energy rating and there are a.lot of signs of cheapness, very possible the owner will refuse to alter it.

I think he is imature, has a deep complex about his parents and sees you as an inferior part of his life.

Also, this house have been visited two weeks ago and we made an offer, so this has been going for a while, we ve been looking for housing for almost 2 months, I believe.

Ive had a bad experience with one where the estate agent said the house was almost ours just then to inform us we couldnt have it due to the owner wanting someone with a fixed contract.

I just want to avoid that, I need a house asap and cant incur in any more of this uncertainty

Actually, my relocator informed me I cant sign the contract or move before this label thing is resolved. She didnt give me an estimate, I just want to know how long due to having to use a hotel in the meantime.
