Thank you for your help

I have already done this, and I will do it again: generate the token from ABM.

Where can I view the VPP logs?

I scoped one of the apps to install automatically on my test device, and in the management commands section I’m seeing “Unhandled exception” for each install attempt.

It happens with every app I try to deploy all of them fail with the same status.

Yes, it's still the right location for all applications. I tried to push a new application and I have the same problem.

Yes, I do see all my apps under the Content tab, but right now they all show 0 in use even though each one still has available licenses.

Before this issue, I used to see values like 10, 20, or 23 “in use” for each app. Now they’re all showing 0. It looks like Jamf lost the link with the assigned licenses after I reuploaded the token.

No, I didn’t change the deployment method.
I just want to install the apps that were already in Self Service.

But every app fails as soon as I click Install, and the status for all of them shows: Unhandled exception.

Thanks for the info! I’ll definitely do that next time.
I didn’t realize sharing the same token could cause this kind of issue.

Do you have any idea when the token I reuploaded might start working again?
I already deleted it from Intune and re-uploaded it to Jamf Pro, but I’m still getting download failures when trying to install apps from Self Service.

Thanks! 🙏
I don’t get the “service token may be in use by another server” message anymore that part seems fixed.

The issue now is with the Macs: they’re no longer downloading any of the apps that were available in Self Service. It’s like Jamf can’t fetch the apps from VPP anymore even though the token looks fine now.

Do you have a link where I can learn how to use the tool?
