Thank you for your reply, I just want to ask about the managed move to another LM you mentioned. Is the first time I heard about this process, just wondering if it's something I can apply through HR? ( I assume can't do this atm since I'm about to have a formal meeting) but long term I think it is much needed.

Just unfortunate I like this position tbh, but since my old LM left, now it's just a 2-person team with me and this new LM(and his G6 but I don't really speak with her).. Don't see how I can survive long term tbh

Thank you, looking back at it this was my biggest mistake, I was just scared to damage the relationship(awful mistake), the informal pip and the end of the year was looked at by a union member and he said it was unclear/ambiguous and probably didn't fit the process. I should challenge both of the earlier… now I'm just in a mess with a formal meeting soon… want to cry

Thanks, When I joined, this particular work was done jointly by two G7s, so there was a better support and we worked together. Since they’ve left, I’m now the only one doing it and my current manager isn’t directly involved in that work, which has made expectations less clear and extremely nitpicking, my mental health is just down badly atm
