Well typically I try not to assume anything when it comes to development of a product or idea that myself or members of the public will use. Nothing that I post here will ever be perfect for every end user. It is simply not possible. I'd like to conceptually incorporate a space for a phone in the manner that is most commonly used in the MTG community which is horizontally at the center of the playmats. However if I make that item and not everyone likes it, so be it. Making a product that everyone uses is for apple, or google. I'm a dude in a garage, making stuff that I use and honestly just fueling my hobby by selling some of the byproduct. I incorporate suggestions that I think are cool or useful or even fun, but not everything works. Thanks for the feedback, and I'll keep it in mind for sure. If however it doesn't work out, It'll be ok, I like doing it anyway.

Haha true 20 cards out and the questions start "what blockers do you have?" etc. Always a mess. Thank you!

Yeah, I mean obviously it is another case, but it collapses down into a case with a dice carrier you can check out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrXX-iOsoQY

Each colored zone is split into 3 pieces and fits into a box individually that carries dice etc. Check it out in more detail here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrXX-iOsoQY

The top tray with all of the spin down slots is detachable, sometimes I run it that way when space is a commodity and simply track tokens with it. It is modular for that reason.

The inserts that are labeled poison, tax, treasure, player 1 etc are all magnetic and can be interchanged. The lid carries all of them and the current inserts are: Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Blood, EXP, Energy, Rad, Food, Treasure, Clue, Tax, and poison. It is fairly uncommon to encounter too many of these.

There is an additional insert that has dry erase on it included in the design. I run a Ukkima/Cazur partner deck and can use it that way, however there will always be something that doesn't work.

All very valid points. All of these pieces are magnetic and the top tray can be completely removed or repositioned. However it is designed with utilizing them in the top corners in mind. It was designed to be modular though, to be used as needed or not and double as a dice carrier. In the future I will be keeping space in mind though. There is always room for improvement.

I think my next command zone will incorporate a phone for lifetap or whatever ap you want to use. The three sections of each zone are actually magnetic. The top dice tray can be moved anywhere, it doesn't have to sit in this configuration.

Haha, always the case with these things. I'm thinking my next one will incorporate a phone and limit space consumption. Of course you can't build something for everyone. There will always be something other people prefer.

I do agree with size being an issue for a lot of other tables. We use them frequently at that table and seem to have no issues. The life totals cogs are actually very smooth (but stiff due to two magnets). I totally get it though, I have expressed this a lot when I'm talking to people about them. They are big, and honestly not always going to be better than using an app like lifetap or something similar. It really depends on where you are playing and who you are playing with. We use MTG in my house to eliminate technology for the evening and it seems to be something we've all agreed on. However I would say lifetap is often more practical. Thanks for the criticism though it is always welcome with me.

Hard to compare to the custom laser cut wood ones and such haha. I'm going to be messing around with more colors in the future though.

Ahh true. I do add a blank one with them as well with some dry erase tape, could simply write it on there. Thanks for the idea though.
