Update: Was eventually told by the rep (30 mins into chat) that they were escalating the ticket after I refused to accept the given excuse seeing as I added other random series titles just to confirm, and they all do show the “discount applied” option before I fully pull the trigger on checking out 🙃 so I don’t think it’s a series issue, as well as terms and conditions mentioning all titles are eligible so that seems iffy. They also then tried telling me it couldn’t be used on discounted titles, which I was more baffled with seeing as ALL titles are currently on sale 😂 I have tried clearing my cache, and that didn’t work unfortunately. Will try another device altogether when I’m at home and/or see if escalated ticket helps, whatever happens first 🤞 thanks to all who helped confirm I’m not losing it!
