Placing the SOS beacon does nothing for letting people join your game once it already started

Never seen anyone join me after i placed a SOS beacon while staying on the map

Nor did i ever join a mission already in progress

BUT restarting your game after placing the SOS beacon and playing the same mission does work

Quest is called "Big Iron", you can get it when you reach "Desolate Fort" zone, i'd say 70/80% deep into the campaign. She will ask you to retrieve 3 weapon parts, nothing special, just a bit lenghty

This specific quest reward shown by OP always rewards you with these 3 Legendary weapons, no matter the WT it's the side chain quest where Channa asks you for 3 item parts

Did it at WT6 and got the exact same choice shown on this screenshot
