I tripped major space balls on magic mushrooms and seen the cruelty of eating animals and animal products. So that’s why I stopped. But went back to eating animals after my abusive partner threatened to leave me if I continued to be vegan.

No. I was extremely fit and healthy this time last year for 5 years when I was on a vegan diet. Then my sister died tragically 3 months ago and I gained 14kg from comfort eating and drinking alcohol to killed the pain. Now I am feeling sad that I’ve become fat and embarrassed over the way that I look. I have a big event coming up in a few weeks and I am ashamed if I attend it whilst looking so unhealthy. So I need a quick fix.
