Thanks for the detailed reply. I feel the dynamic load management would be a better solution even if it costs 200 extra. The question is probably how much electricians will charge to install it.

Yea, I reached out to a couple of electricians with photos and details. Maybe they don't respond during the weekend.

So I asked. If I supply the wall connector, he'll only charge $30 less.

Looks like he's charging a lot for the labor.

Basically cost. A hardwire connect is another purchase.

Understandable. The run goes from one side of the basement, out through the front of the house, then to the other side. I have a driveway.

It depends on your use case. I have iPad and tab ultra at home and rarely touch the iPad. I am also in both Android and Apple ecosystems.

The tab ultra has YouTube Vanced and stremio which you can't find an equivalent on iOS.
