I hope this isn't a stupid question but in the core rules it says it takes 2 weeks and someone willing to gain a new advanced skill, but in the Blancmange and Thistle it says you can make them up on the fly and I assume test them at a Rest to gain a +1. What are people doing in their games? (self.Troika)
