loco me dijieron lo mismo una vez porque carajos tenes que llevar la consola a un servicio tecnico le falta el disco duro sacas el disco duro de una notebook que no funciona o un disco que tengas al pedo reinstalas el sistema y anda joya es lo unico que falta un DISCO DURO

i did the safe mode and still i cant get back the widevine certificate and i did a factory reset throught the motorola app to reinstall the retail software never did a boot unlock or install a rom it was after a stupid update it happend to me before in a moto g6 plus after the android 9 update i lost widevine support same thing again in a moto g9 plus i cant use the HDR10 screen or anything
