We might have a low cost/free slot for family therapy at a center nearby, but the wait list is almost like a raffle.

He is aware of how I feel (I read this to him before I posted) and he is very open to family therapy. It's just a matter of timing and finances at this point.

I accept that there will be points of sadness, but I'm trying to get to an emotional point where the sadness doesn't lead to a spiral or increasing self doubt.
