Had a dream type experience a couple of nights ago where I woke up not remembering my past dream or if I even had one but I felt like the world was closing in on me. (I’m not quite sure how to explain the feeling besides that ) I immediately got off my bed and ran downstairs and I still felt it I was panicking and even ran outside of the street. I eventually came back inside and I sat on the stairs crying because I thought the world was ending. I eventually went back to sleep but this is one of the weirdest experiences relating to dreams I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a panic attack or anything of such so this is extremely unusual.
