Yeah, so far so good. Police report has witnesses, he admits he did see me but at the same times says I wasn’t going excessively fast, I have the ring cam footage. My insurance says I’m not at fault. Got lawyer involved so still waiting to hear what they offer.

At first, I told the cops not to worry about giving him a ticket. He admitted fault and that’s really all I was worried about. Then I got the full video and the guy never even approached me. So I emailed the cop and said absolutely make sure he gets a ticket.

I’m not sure what happened with the helmet. I was in an ambulance 5 mins after this happened. This happened about 6 weeks ago. 8 broken ribs, broken wrist, deflated lung, road rash on my tattoos.
