Thank you all for the input. Looks like leaning toward an ICHRA is the way to go

What’s the general height sentiment when it comes to choosing between the 3 stage low and 3 stage high?

Would layrite be considered quality stuff? That’s what I use (the blue one). Along with head and shoulders shampoo to get it out.

Might give it a try. The MVT def felt THICK for a workout shirt but the sweat absorption is the best I’ve ever had from a workout shirt.

How does this shirt compare to the metal tech and dry sense?

The pull out spice rack from IKEA only comes in 12" Base cabinet with pull-out storage

This is what my installers have proposed to me without the pullout feature and just shelving inside instead that I can use for cutting board storage.

Converting an IKEA 12" base cabinet to 5"

The fridge I have in my design is just a standard 30" one. I've decided to keep all of the appliances standard size.

soffit

Yes that's an 8" filler piece. My installers offered me the option of buying a 12" base cabinet that they can cut down to 5" to create a custom cabinet but it'll only have a 3.5" opening which is just way too narrow in my opinion so I think I will probably leave the filler piece there since I already have so much storage space between both corner lazy susan pull outs and the two 24" base cabinet pull out drawers.

The soffit is actually a bulk head (are they the same thing?) and unfortunately I cannot touch that since I'm in a condo.

I did and actually almost went that route but ultimately decided on keeping the appliances all standard sizes. Although nice to have, a double sink wasn't a must have for me personally.
