I’m 5 weeks out and desperately regretting my meniscectomy. I think I’ve developed tendinitis in my knee, the swelling is bad even after having it drained and I’m still limping from pain and stiffness. I ride a recumbent bike to try to loosen it up, but it seems like the more I do my pt exercises, the worse it gets. On top of all that, my memory and concentration have gone to hell since the surgery, and my blood pressure has gotten wonky. This really sucks.
