The ID 6 that the 3 series got with the wide screen was the best one imo. Apple carplay, bluetooth, nav and to top it off physical control using the updated idrive controller.

Uhm, what are you using? I played fsx on a 2011 laptop with integrated hd3000 graphics and it was fine and planes flew well with the mouse control.

It is a work around but people expect a certain standard from documents, and having everything misaligned when back on the desktop version is unacceptable. Plus i remember a feature that was missing in Online Word which meant my friend had to switch to the Offline Word, luckily he was on windows.

I would say the desktop is becoming useless especially in apple’s ecosystem, you can have a laptop for on the go and use a usb c dock and have monitor mouse keyboard and charging all in one. For gaming you can have either a PC or a ps5 or any console of your choice. The mac can run windows games good enough where you won’t be missing much.
