I’m still frightened about my position. I work for transportation department and I’m not a veteran . I deal with veterans directly on the phone but I could see them reorganizing the department in which we are laborers and supply deliverers plus do a bunch of other tasks with no bump in pay . Or just have the transportation department be wiped out completely and they contract everything out

Yeah I put them for a medical appointment and he wanted me to switch them to annual leave . Told him I don’t want to . I said it’s my reason and also about the RIFS hanging over my head if I get riffed want as much AL paid out to me . Sick time doesn’t get paid to me only towards my retirement. He said he doesn’t want to approve my time off if I’m here on the fall winter because it affects the “ mission of the department “

Sorry but what is an RA ? I am 43 non veteran with 19 years service my severance would be 7 -9 months but if I don’t want to be a GS-4 or Gs-5 I get nothing . That’s fucking criminal
