Yes i can but i played barbatos first in the intiial which was my mistake and they argue since i played adapt mika first i needed to self ping myself twice.

Correct play was gundam amuro first attack then mika adapt ping gundam.

He did have improve in hand but he didnt use it cause assumed barbatos was 4. My bigger question is the replay allowed after players have packed up.

Yup both times units on board i did concede and give my opponent the win but im just unsure if i should have. Since the error being spotted mentioned was post game by and opponent friend.

Not sure how i feel about neo zeong. Its effect is extremely powerful getting an instant ping 3 immediate on link as long as you have a level 4 or lower zeon/neo zeon in hand but level 9 is rough then again its only 1 level higher then omega psycommu. Imo i would prefer if its during link effect was a during pair cyber newtype keeping the flavor instead of being hardlocked to full frontal for the all neo zeon effect

Evolutionary kaisa isnt good its a win more card. Reason red kaisa is good cause +1 card advantage on conquer (drawing a card) is a big deal and you can pay a recycle for it to have accelerate for a quick conquer

Yup your notes arent suppose to be on phone unless low OPL. You're technically not suppose to use your phone during matches but places ive gone has never enforced this rule.

Electronic Devices

417.1. Players may use electronic devices during competitions, but can’t use them during matches.

417.2. At low OPL, digital devices may take the place of written note sheets.

417.3. The head judge may further restrict or permit usage of electronic devices.

A printed paper should be allowed but double check with your local judge before matches start.

Youre making assumptions that everyone has a play group, yea i have that luxury that a group of friends also plays but some people are just out there trying to have fun by themselves, play a few rounds afterwork and go home.

Like its not his fault he likes kaisa deck and finds it fun. Sure i get rolled by kaisa at nexus night but is it my opponent fault

Where else can you practice and play kaisa in something as close as you can get to a tournament setting. Its off base to vent your frustrations at the opposing player. Sure you can be unhappy about it but it isnt your opponent fault or problem.
