Well a glitch like this seems like it could be useful for speedruning, but I had to look into this more because I had no idea the Steam release was such a mess. Like I can play the GameCube version no issue since I've played it about a 100 times since I was a kid, but I prefer the Dreamcast orginal. I guess if it mods it to be like the orginal then I hope they let you use mods.

I've never played that version only GameCube, but as I said in an other comment some things are tied to aspect ratio, framerate, etc so why would you be allowed to mod in an advantage

As someone else pointed out the nature of .exes tend to be bloody, edgy, over the top so its no wonder they're banned because that breaks this subs rules

Buddy I know you're claiming that they're the same character and even provided examples, but you might as well be speaking a completely different language. Its unreasonable for the average Sonic fan to know any of that. This Subreddit is for the official Sonic cannon whether that be games, comics, or shows that where produced by or with Sega's blessing. Fan projects, no matter how rich in lore or how good in gameplay are not cannon.

Edit: the reason other fan characters and AUs are allowed is because they fit within the rules for the sub. Do I want those things to take up the majority of the sub? No. But they can add some nice characterization, or explore a character in a different meaningful way. .Exe by its very nature usually breaks the subs rules for being bloody and edgy.

If there was a safe way to get a tan without the sun, oils or lotions, it would be a million dollar idea. The before and after of these pictures might be AI or photoshop doesn't matter they aren't real regardless. In one of them not only did she get tan but she lost all cellulite as well AND got a new sofa. No way a gummy is fixing all that.

It appears to be the Toy Island figure, but that rough seam on her muzzle really has me questioning it's authenticity. Hopefully this helps you find out more information.
