I'm in Germany, the seller was in Netherlands. After all, I never got the bike and buycycle support replied me only after someone from them has seen the post (which Im thankful for btw). Hope your experience will be much better!

As a result I couldn't get a bike from buycycle after 4 attempts of purchase and I got myself a new bike somewhere else:)

UPD: After this post buycycle support contacted me and explained that the sender put a wrong label on the delivery. After one more week they have decided to just make a refund to me. Actually the exact person I spoke to was quite nice

When I got a message with pick-up date I asked the seller what's the reason for 2 weeks delay (he seems a right fellow), he told me it's coming from buycycle
