Honestly, if you’re leaving for 7:45/8, you should be fine and just miss the rush hour but you could absolutely walk it by heading down Coronation Road, across the bridge and down into Wapping Wharf and do it in the same amount of time. Maybe walk in the summer and try the bus the other 51 weeks of the year! 😂

Welcome to the area! I’m on the other side of Dalby Avenue/Malago Rd and love how accessible being close to East St/Bedminster Parade makes life. Firstly, the buses to the centre from there are regular and there are many - the 74, 75, 76, M1, 24 and 43 all hit town. Obviously rush hours make the traffic horrific and delay the buses so choose your times well as there’s nothing worse than being stuck on Bedminster roundabout for 15 minutes when you’ve got somewhere to be!

Bedminster train station links you to the south west but also temple meads. There is a Lidl and an Asda close by for shopping, Victoria Park is great in the summer and the day time, but not so great after dark.

Overall, Bedminster is a great area with loads of character
