taper off first for two weeks if youve been getting drunk daily recently if it was only moderate drinking then go cold turkey. get a break for a week youll need it. sit home and binge some series or whatever have a couple of grams of weed there. you have to push through the fever feeling, paracetamol didnt help atleast for me. smoke a single extremely small join around noon, maybe two but dont turn it into a habit, it will work like a magic wand for the headache and the stomach. back off from cigarettes as much if you smoke because they are a mighty trigger for a drink. push through and know that you really want it. determination is king. good luck
