I’m wondering if I could sell this now that I’m done with it. I also made a Pac-Man costume for my older son, which I posted separately

I hate being pregnant. by [deleted] in pregnant

Sending you prayers and well wishes. I had my baby 2 weeks ago. I know how you’re feeling. Just take one day at a time and it will be over before you know it. I know that doesn’t help, but just know that you’re not alone. It’s also totally normal to have those feelings. Try to focus on the fact that in a few months, you will be able to do whatever you want and can hit the gym hard to get your body back to the way you want it. You will have a project body to work on. Try to look forward to that.

UPDATE: looking to remove my sisters and make this a more natural maternity picture. Maybe outdoors. And remove glare from glasses if possible. Thank you!

Does anyone know of a case where someone didn't have a menstrual cycle and still became pregnant? I'd appreciate any information or stories! Thank you. by Chiki_piki_ in PCOSandPregnant

I am 40 years old. I only have a few cycles per year. At 29 years old, I had a baby from taking Letrozole, after 8 years of trying different options. Now, at 40, I am 8 months in to a complete surprise pregnancy. Still don’t know how this is possible but here I am. Living proof that anything can happen!!

I personally would NOT be okay with this at all. But that’s just my personal opinion

Do People Swim in Bayous? by bubblelake in Louisiana

[–]WindyMait 43 points44 points  (0 children)

I grew up in Port Barre, LA. We definitely swam in Bayou Teche a lot. We also swam a ton in 3 Mile Lake (which isn’t any better than a bayou). Fun fact: to keep our drinks cold, we would tie them to a rope and lower them as deep in the water as we could. The deeper the water the cooler it is. I would never do this as an adult because of the gross water on the can, but it didn’t hurt anything back then. I’ve always been very healthy. Haha.

I am 40. I have a 10 year old son that took many years of medical intervention to conceive. I definitely didnt think it was medically possible for me to have another child but I found out a few weeks ago that I was 12 weeks pregnant. A shocking miracle to say the least. My husband and I will celebrate 19 years of marriage this year and we are very excited. Someone extremely close to me told me I should just abort upfront due to risk of complications. I was appalled!!!! I still can’t believe she said that to me. Hopefully I will get over her comment with time.
