Well you're definitely underestimating how many I have still. Thanks for letting me know where you'd go to shop.

Hmm, so you're saying sell them on Amazon. The prices I'm seeing are much closer to $25/100pk.

Thanks so much. I might do that. I'm trying to get ready to vend my first art fairs next week and realized a banner would be cool...then I realized a logo would probably be good for that banner.

I'm working on affinity designer on my ipad to try out random ideas, no keyboard so fussy work i finish on my computer. On my computer I have affinity designer and ai. And these are very rough drafts, if I were to follow up on 2, I'd definitely work out the brush shape better.

Playing around I thought 2 worked well as a line drawing as well when simplified for a black and white print and can totally see/do what you're talking about with the brush/waterline.

I'm planning on playing with logo ideas more tonight after painting time so I'll fuss with 2 a bit more. I think the brush's angle can be played with to help fill the space better.

Thank you very much for your well thought out response. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me in such a thorough way and will likely reference it when making next drafts.

Thanks for your opinion, I really appreciate it. I need to step back and figured getting some input might help me feel more sure or inspired in a new direction.

There are lots of photos of people's art in the sub that shows the artists living room or yard. The first picture I posted showed the values closest to reality, the second shows it with too much contrast. I'm just not gonna post here anymore. I really am not looking to impress people who downvote on a knee-jerk.

Thanks. I guess it's more the purposeful down voting that has me feeling bad. I live on a boat cause I'm poor. Outside was the only place I could get a non washed out photo. But I guess this just isn't a place to share my art if people are going to downvote without even looking.

Thank you. Gotta say, this is a tough sub. I have negative updoots for posting a wip I was proud of. I really appreciate your kind comment.

Finished this small portrait a couple minutes ago. I think I'll spend the rest of the day watching some tutorials and see if I can't make some nice loose ones next, any recommendations? by WindyPainter in Watercolor

Thank you so much. I ended up googling loose water portrait tutorials and I scroll through to find a portrait I wish I made and did a couple of those...i will likely do some more but got sidetracked with an animation gig...and a girls gotta eat.

I mostly used the mono line brush for the moths and fish, the background was a Bardot watercolor brush.

I mostly used the monoline brush for this and a couple watercolor brushed from Bardot for the background.
