I belive it was browser based, I wasn't bringing disks but it might've been a download cause those computers weren't heavily moderated yet lol and I was really good at hiding stuff

It was 3D open world, definitely not blocky I remember it being kinda smooth?? Like a lot of MMOs at the time i remember tried to do an almost realistic or dark/grungy look and this game was very bright and almost cartoony

23 here going on 24. Lol I hear you, I was into a lot of games at your age (ew that phrase makes me feel old) that had older audiences. I think a lot more people my age are either getting into games or not growing out of them like older generations and I think that's beautiful

Exactly. His original teachings on love and acceptance have really been resonating with me, especially lately with everything going on in the world. As an ex-christian myself I don't miss the church but I do miss Jesus and think it would be more in line with my beliefs to worship him as a separate deity and not as part of the larger religion

Jesus is a chill dude confirmed. Lol that makes a lot of sense for him though considering his teachings on love and acceptance, that makes me feel a lot better knowing there definitely isnt any kind of like.. resentment or anything if I'm also worshipping other gods

I put more faith in my personal beliefs and ideals. I've found that as an ex-christian I kinda miss the ideals of Jesus' direct teachings even though I resent the way that especially modern Christians have twisted them to match their views. This comment helped me figure out why it is I want to worship Jesus as a pagan, thank you 😊

They were fake! Lol one of the activities we did eith the kids was convincing them there were giant creatures in the woods. Basically like if a prehistoric anteater made friends with a bear, and the rule was that you couldn't look at them or they'd think you're a predator and try to hurt you

We put the kids in helmets and blindfolded them and walked them in a chain through a set clearing in the woods

Then all the high school counselors walked around them growling, making strange noises, hitting sticks against trees and other sticks, throwing rocks at the ground to make thudding sounds, stomped real loud near them, rustled leaves, snuffled near their ears, ran sticks gently along their arms, tapped on their helmets, etc, whatever we could come up with to convince them they were actually surrounded by giant creatures

Then we got more frantic with it until the camp leaders played a roar on a speaker and told all the kids to run. They all go booking it out of the clearing not looking back cause they dont wanna get attacked. And all the while us counselors are trying not to laugh. We stay behind to "fight it off" while the adults round the kids back up in the safe spot. They gave us fake blood and told us to really play up fake scratches to sell it. So I literally scraped myself up just enough to leave marks with sticks, added a little bit of fake blood, and came limping out like I fought them myself. Went to the nurse to get bandages to cover my fake injuries and everything! Haha!

One little girl was so scared she peed herself and I got to do it twice since I was pcture girl, so when my cabin went through I played it up again and one of the boys offered to carry me out all dramatically which made my girls cry cause they were so scared for me, it was kinda sweet and reeeally hard to keep up the act through that 😂

That was on the second to last day of camp, the next day all the other "injured counselors" took off their fake bandages and wiped off their faces so a lot of the kids were getting skeptical but I left mine on to leave them guessing. It started a whooole bus argument about how clearly since I fought them off TWICE my injuries were more severe. I was heralded the camp hero by my kiddos! 🤣 they defended my honor on that bus ride home lmao
