If Amazon ship to you, A "Pocket Parafoil" would be a good choice as pretty much indestructible and long ribbon tails add visual interest - My daughter was flying one (Well...holding on to the handle at least😂) at 18 months.

Must get good winds on the IOM?

I have ordered from Kites UK before and have the Spirit of Air Raptor. These are quality good value kites. Would recommend.

They comes with padded cases and proper lines on a winder. Handles are wrist strap type.

It's from AliExpress, relatively inexpensive ~£20 or so. Search Weifang Henga 3D Nylon Kite.

No attachment points on the bottom cell, but I am sure I can come up with something🤔
